Our aim is to connect people who share an interest in ideas,
personal development, and forward-thinking from across the university.

WHAT IS TEDx?
TED is an annual event, which brings together the world’s leading thinkers and doers to share ideas that matter in any discipline. In this spirit of ‘Ideas Worth Spreading, TED created TEDx: a program of local, independently organized events, where live speakers and TED Talks videos combine to spark discussion amongst local communities all across the globe.
WHAT WE DO
At TEDx Silk Road University, we are known for creating two things: a Conference, and a Community. We host one highly anticipated Conference annually, where live Speakers and TED Talks videos combine to explore a range of new, important, and often little-heard ideas and perspectives. In addition, our series of smaller, dinner-party-style Salon events provides a chance to continue conversations and explore in-depth ideas between annual Conferences.
